The Venetian Macau Resort Hotel opened its doors in 2007 with 3000 luxury rooms in a 40 story building located in Cotai Strip Macau. Boasting its distinctively design interior which resembles like that of the city of Venice Italy, this hotel and casino offers a lot from delightful accommodations, exciting entertainment, gratifying dining and pleasurable shopping.
This Las Vegas Sands Corp owned hotel-casino was noted as the 6th largest building in the world in terms of area and considered as the largest casino in the world with 51T sq m total gaming space. Guest who loves shopping will definitely enjoy the 600+ luxury duty free shops. And for the hopeless romantics, the Gondola Ride with the gondolier serenading them while cruising through the Grand Canal Rivers will be a sure treat. Children have their place too at the Qube, designed not just for fun but to boast children's confidence and abilities while playing around the 800+ sq m playground equipped with multilevel climbing facility, slides and computer games. Of course it was built to give casino players the luxury in playing their kind of games in 550T sq m casino space with 3400 slot machines and 800 gambling tables. A gamblers haven as they say.
The cool air of the air-conditioning was a refreshing welcome when we entered the lobby of The Venetian Macau Resort Hotel. Our tour guide immediately gave us instructions where to go. We only have about an hour and half to explore this place (a not so good factor with a guided tour) because we still have about 3 more places to visit in Macau. We immediately went where the most talked about gondola ride is located. This place was really awesomely amazing, clouds were running in the ceiling and it looks like a perfect daytime all day and night . Too many luxury shops and it's so confusing to choose which one to buy. There are jugglers performing in the hallway that immediately caught the attention of my niece. We lost tract of the time while roaming around and it made me realized that an hour and half is not enough if we wanted to enjoy this place. I should be coming back here.
