Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort & Spa
Queuing for our resort day pass
We arrived in Cebu Saturday evening and checked in at a hotel near Ayala Mall. Then, Sunday morning after breakfast we took a taxi to take us to Imperial Palace Resort. Taxi fare from Ayala Mall to the resort was P300. I queued for our day tour pass which cost P2200/pax (weekend rate) when we arrived at the resort. After giving us the wrist band, food & towel coupon we started walking towards the waterparks.
Dave and our friend Emily first tried the water slides. They seem to have so much fun that made me follow them to try it myself also :)
After I tried the water slide we continue exploring the resort. The place is not really big but the size was just enough to enjoy all that it can offer. The other part of the resort are:
Captain Hooks Pool
Island Pool with a Bar at the center
Included with the day tour package is a buffet lunch or buffet dinner at Familia Buffet Restaurant. The choice are grandiose and overwhelming. We were seated at the center of the restaurant where you can find an island with extensive choice of salad, appetizers and dessert.
There are also 4 counters for the main course and these are Japanese, Korean, American & Chinese. We were already starving that I forgot to take any more photos and immediately went to get food.
We spent the rest of the day swimming at the Beach Pool until we got tired and decided to head back to Cebu City. We really had a great time that I hope that this summer I will be able to bring my nieces in this place.
